3. Radico Khaitan Ltd reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Campaign, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason or prior intimation to the Participant.
4. By participating in this Campaign, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions. Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign and is subject to all requirements set forth herein
5. To participate in the Campaign, Participant has to scan the QR code available on the bottle and fill basic details
6. Only Participants registering with the correct details will be considered eligible for the Campaign. In case a Participant’s age is less than the Legal Drinking Age as prescribed under their respective State of participation, OR the Unique Code filled by him/her is incorrect, the participation will not be considered.
7. The Scheme valid only in select participating stores till the stock lasts
8. Participation in this scheme is purely at the options of consumer.
9. Radico Khaitan Ltd is not responsible and/or liable for any losses/damages/deficiency/ delay in services or claim which the consumer may suffer in connection with the offer
10. This Campaign is applicable on all pack sizes Quart/Pint/Nips and variants of Magic Moments Verve. Product is available without the Campaign as well.
